The building code of ghana says any building weh be more than 1 storey building, as geotechnical site investigation has to be done ๐Ÿซข Clearly dem take project put mason in hand๐Ÿคฃ

If you watch the before and after video, you'll realize the difference with the blocks on the lower floors which are of less quality than the ones used at the top.
