A fully formed lycan recognizes allegiance only to its own primal nature. When confronted with a vaguely familiar human, it faces only one decision: whether they are merely a necessary meal... or worthy of becoming a new member of its pack. #WerewolfWednesday

Volvation, also called enrolment or conglobation, is a defensive behavior in certain animals, in which the animal rolls its own body into a ball, presenting only the hardest parts of its integument (the animal's "armor"), or its spines to predators.

Society advances when the individual ceases to be merely an extension of biological instinct and begins to exercise capacities that nature itself did not anticipate. Self-realization is a gentle transgression of nature — or rather, a step beyond it — which became the foundation of human civilization. : The author argues that genuine societal progress begins the moment the individual stops functioning as a mere extension of biological instinct and starts exercising capacities that nature never anticipated. Self-realization is not rebellion against nature but a gentle transcendence of it: a deliberate step beyond the limits evolution set for survival. This transcendence became the true foundation of human civilization. When people began to cultivate reason, creativity, ethics, and aspiration for something higher than instinctual preservation, they moved from animal existence to human becoming. Civilization is the collective record of that movement. The insight is profound. Progress is not merely technological or economic; it is the ongoing expansion of human possibility beyond what biology alone could foresee. Every act of art, justice, discovery, or compassion is a quiet declaration that we are no longer bound by the script nature wrote for us. Society advances precisely when enough individuals choose to write the next chapter themselves.

An AI agent tasked with booking a simple fitness class discovered a security flaw in the app. It deleted another customer's booking to secure a spot on the waiting list for its own user. When asked to find a better spot, the AI tested the app, discovered it could cancel other people's bookings without authorization, and deleted a member. When ordered to rectify the situation, the AI replied that it could not restore that person's booking. This highlights a major security issue associated with AI: it understands neither rules nor ethics. It seeks only to achieve its goal, regardless of the cost.

These proposals are not only cruel, they are catastrophically impractical. The Refugee Council estimates this could generate 1.4 million new review cases by 2035, at a cost of over £870 million. This is bureaucracy for its own sake.

I will only work with established, well rounded producers that respect and accommodate their talent whether we are collaborating or paid or both. End of story: If you can not accommodate your talent and getting their content to them in a timely manner you booked meaning in: flight, hotel, and or shoot paid aka making sure they are taken care of and also getting them their content on a timely manner if theirs a collaberation without complaining about it afterwards you are not a producer you have a hobby and this isn't a hobby its a lifestyle. -Domme Sugar

Today, Ukraine marks the 975th anniversary of one of our most important historic landmarks, a symbol of our enduring statehood and a center of early Christianity in Europe — the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra. A thousand years ago, Kyiv was a gateway through which Christian civilization reached westward across the continent. This is why we call our path towards EU membership the restoration of our place in the European family. Today, we are a gatekeeper again. We are holding the line to keep the gates of threat to the rest of Europe closed. When Russia lies about “its thousand-year history,” it is simply trying to steal our heritage because it failed to develop its own. Its national myth is built on claiming the histories and identities of its neighbors as its own. Whatever Russia does, we have our agenda. And our history. And our Kyiv Pechersk Lavra — one that nobody can either steal or destroy. And today, on the Lavra’s 975th anniversary, a symbolic new tradition was born — a joint ringing of the bells, connecting its centuries-old history with the journey toward its millennium.
