Myself, and my husband JustinBarrettNatSocP attended the protest in Citywest, Dublin tonight. It would have been perfectly safe except for the fact that as we marched, Gardaí baton charged and pepper sprayed the crowd which included many women and children like my own. Myself and the children moved far back away from the Gardaí to avoid pepper spray. I was on route to our car to leave as a garda van went up in flames right beside us, provoking once again a violent response from an Garda síochana (the guardians of the peace.) Many patriots in the crowd escorted myself and the children to safety. We are safe and away from it now. I am proud of my fellow Irish men and women for taking a stand tonight. I am sickened by the response of the Gardaí, who have chosen to protect those intent upon raping our children.

Mississauga has received up to 45 cm of snow. All of our resources are currently deployed: ▪️Crews have been working around the clock to clear major roads for emergency vehicles and transit. ▪️ Overnight, equipment began moving into residential neighbourhoods to complete the first round of plowing on roads, sidewalks and to clear space in driveway windrows. This work is ongoing. ▪️ Work is also underway this morning to begin clearing bus stops. With so much snow on the ground, clean up on all surfaces will take time. Multiple rounds of plowing will be required to clear snow aside and additional work will be required in the coming days to remove snow from areas where it can’t be piled, such as bridge decks and intersections. ⚠️Reminder: A Citywide Winter Parking Restriction remains in effect until further notice. Remove parked vehicles from the street. #Mississauga #ONStorm

Killed by the Gardai 14 year old Brian Rossiter. The death of Brian Rossiter occurred at Cork University Hospital in Cork, Ireland, on 14 September 2002, as a result of head injuries he had sustained several days earlier. Fourteen-year-old Brian Rossiter had been arrested for a public order offence on the night of 10/11 September 2002, falling into a coma whilst in custody at Clonmel garda station. Prior to his arrest, Rossiter had been assaulted by Noel Hannigan, who was later found guilty of this offence and sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment. However, the case was the focus of much controversy and media speculation within Ireland, owing to concerns as to whether the injuries that caused Rossiter's death occurred, not as a result of Hannigan's assault, but while he was in custody. We have so many questions: Why is this man behaving in this way? What is he trying to achieve? Is he trying to show how macho he is inflicting pain and hurt on a baby???? At least one person is dead and others have been injured in a shooting in Midland, Texas, on Friday morning. Most recent statement from Midland authorities: "Midland Police responded to an active shooter incident Friday morning in the 4600 block of West Wall Street. Officers heard gunfire coming from the building and worked quickly to secure and clear the area. Armored units were deployed, and partner agencies assisted in the response. Efforts to bring the standoff with the shooter to a safe resolution are ongoing."

Duleek based, Senator Sharon Keogan & Cllr Geraldine Keogan express their full and unequivocal condemnation of the actions of the individuals responsible for last night's arson attack in Duleek. Eight cars were set on fire with an accelerant in the car park of Nanny's Duleek. The attack seems to have been planned and focused. It is our understanding that three individuals were involved. One of the perpetrators sustained burning to his lower body clothing. He may require medical treatment. In the event that a person presented themselves for attention to doctors, pharmacists, or emergency hospital staff, please immediately notify Gardai. Our business community is anchored by Nanny's in Duleek. Since 2022, It has become one of the top pub restaurants in Meath. The management and staff are shocked by this incident, and it's important that as a community, we continue to support them. In recent years, the Duleek community has made a significant investment in crime prevention measures with our public CCTV, and we have faith in An Garda Síochána ability to identify the perpetrators. This poor boy had a tight rope around his neck, could barely move, his poor skin so badly damaged from the sun and most likely eating Ragwort, Ragwort is a weed, it is toxic to animals and can cause liver damage. Most animals avoid eating ragwort due to its bitter taste, if starving sadly they will eat it 💔💔💔 This poor boy has such sorrow in his eyes, heart breaking 💔💔💔 Our vet put him on antibiotics and is back with him tomorrow. We have named him Rylan ❤️ We promise to give him nothing but the best, a life worth living ❤️💔 We are so sorry humans left you this Rylan 💔 An Garda Síochána want to find out who did this 🤬🤬🤬 Please donate, once again we need your support, Rylan needs you 💔 Thank you 💔❤️

This girl has lived on her street for eight years without a single issue—until she spent exactly 20 hours parked in a forbidden" spot. Mind you, this is a public street. In front of a house she owns. But apparently, parking in front of a neighbor's place once makes her "inconsiderate." She’s never parked there in nearly a decade, and if they’d stayed quiet, she probably never would have again. But since the "inconsiderate" label is already out there, she’s decided to lean in. The other neighbors are just as shocked as she is, so a formal decision has been made: That spot is now her permanent residence. 🚗

Alhamdolillah, a major tragedy was averted today at Indigo Tower, Gulberg. Upon receiving reports of a fire in the basement, the Emergency Response Team was immediately mobilised. Minister Energy Faisal Khokhar, Commissioner, DC and all concerned officials are present on site to oversee the operation. The explosion of the air-conditioning system boiler was severe; however, due to the swift, professional and heroic response of Rescue 1122 and the Fire Brigade, the fire was brought under control with zero casualties. It is reassuring to note that the newly installed fire hydrants were fully functional and freshly implemented SOPs were in place which played a critical role in containing the incident. Strict directives have been issued: All commercial boiler and cylinder installations across Punjab must fully comply with safety standards. Any premises found compromising public safety will be sealed immediately, without exception.
