Under the leadership of Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, the Cabinet has approved Gyanodaya – Shiksharu Samruddhi, a landmark initiative to ensure that no deserving student is deprived of education due to financial constraints. From KG to PG, eligible students in Government and Government-aided institutions will receive free education, benefiting over 3.2 million students every year and creating a more educated, skilled and empowered Odisha.
