It hurt me and lost 100 lbs got sick couldn’t take it gained 1/2 back they have to have a way to regulate the amount of weight you lose and after a way to not have to take it always your muscles get weak

I have lost 120 lbs on it however I take vitamins daily and eat protein. You have to take individual vitamins.

The first and foremost step towards it is physical activities and diet… The medicines which are used in weight control are always given with a foundation of diet control and physical activity.
