a good use case for the  vision pro and augmented reality in general is to use the technology as a virtual light table for artists. this allows artists to trace with adjustable layers and transparency. h/t Steven Christian

@stuckonaneyelnd Color by number would be a killer app on AVP.

Yeah I just stumbled upon this too. This is probably the most feasible for larger scale artists and muralists!

@stuckonaneyelnd Magic leap and HoloLens were amazing for this because everything was naturally transparent 🙃 Great for mural artists and also for 3D perspective art sculptures/collage.

@stuckonaneyelnd Likely the Quest 3 does the same for a budget many more artists could afford

@stuckonaneyelnd You can also use a projector! They are cheap and don't bounce around with your head

@stuckonaneyelnd i mean... using a projector is standard practice but why augmented reality is better is simple. shadows. if the headset is fitted? why would it bounce around? with a projector, you have to adjust position, modify environmental lighting, shadows are more pronounced, etc.

@stuckonaneyelnd Totally ♥️ artists can have a powerful authoring and prototyping tool. We did a similar experiment in AR but through projection instead of a headset so that others can also participate.
