@IfNotNowOrg Mai Ubeid, a software engineer who worked at google was murdered by israel in Gaza back in October. Google did nothing about it.

This is so powerful! Dont forget the people who stood up against apartheid and genocide. But also remember the faces of people who did nothing but booed and cursed sitting in their suits against any dissent.

On google maps, large portions of Gaza are now heavily obfuscated as well as lower resolutions for many areas outside the border. Yesterday, the "sponsored snippet" from a search for "intifada" was from the AJC. (this has changed since)
