We demand that the NTA be dissolved and it be converted into a national technical testing commission which has permanent staff, which has proper auditing of each of the exam it conducts. We also demand that not just 2026 but all the paper leaks that have happened in this country in last few years be investigated thoroughly and all the accused be brought to justice which includes NEET 2024 and NEET 2025. It is imperative that the government takes steps to solve these structural issues that are plaguing the systems of this country not just NTA but the entire exam system which includes the exam infrastructure which includes the vendors have to be audited properly and it has to be made sure that the country doesn't see any more paper leaks."

His father, Mohammad Talib, says, "...After the admit card was downloaded at 4 pm yesterday, we found the Centre mentioned to be a school in Abu Dhabi. We were really shocked as we had not given anything as such in our options. We dialled up the helpline number. They told us to send them a mail. When we sent a mail, we received a call that we will be issued a fresh admit card by 4 pm on Saturday. We had given 3 districts as options but we now demand that Nagpur be given us as the Centre because he is shocked. There is no time to go to any other district. He cried a lot yesterday and did not even want to write the exam. But his mother tried to convince him. If he is convinced, he will appear for the exam. He does not even have a passport..."

#WATCH | Ajmer, Rajasthan: A Burqa-wearing candidate was allegedly denied entry at a medical entrance exam centre ahead of the NEET examination today. A candidate, named Kulsum Bano, says, "I have come from Beawar to take the NEET exam. When I took the exam on May 3rd, I was in the same attire then as I am now: wearing a burqa and a dupatta. Initially, they said I would have to remove the dupatta to enter; then they insisted I had to remove the burqa as well. If the NTA has permitted us, these people cannot stop us... If I am to take the exam and they don't allow me in this attire, then I simply won't take it... It is shameful that they are messing with 18-year-olds like this... The exam doesn't matter to me; what matters is my 'burqa' and my identity."

The Candidates who appeared for the WBPSC Exam for getting recruited to the post of Food & Supplies Service Sub-Inspector have been raising their voice against the West Bengal Public Service Commission for quite some time now. Their allegation is that Exam conducted conducted in the month of March 2024 was marred by various irregularities including the examination paper getting leaked before the exam. They are also complaining that every time the exam is being held, the number of vacant posts get lesser. As the Leader of the Opposition, I am extending my support to their rightful agitation and would like to assure them of any help, including getting them access to the best legal support available in the future. The State of West Bengal has repeatedly failed to conduct any and every recruitment exam properly, which result in stress & anxiety for the eligible candidates.

"On the night of 7th May, we received information through a whistleblower that before the exams were conducted, the individual had received a WhatsApp message wherein some questions were matching the exact questions in the exam...It was our job to verify those allegations and also to verify whether those PDFs were available to anyone before 3rd May - the day of exam. Upon checking, it was found that some questions matched our question paper. It was also found that on 1st and 2nd May, the PDF was available on the phones of a few people...This was against our zero tolerance policy. This would have impacted the future of students preparing hard for the exam...So, in their interest, we took this step. We have handed over the matter to CBI. All accused will be nabbed and jailed so that the future of students are not adversely impacted. We will conduct a re-exam for students and it will be done in a fair manner.
