Even if these guys have the RPAL license required on top of the PAL to get a handgun in Canada, highly unlikely as many Canadians cant get one, transporting a controlled firearm ie. a hundgun requires an ATT license and movement is restricted to approved shooting ranges! @RCMP

Someone talk to this kid Before they get hurt I am licensed to carry and trained in firearms safety and the law. But responsible gun ownership is not about showing off or provoking police in the streets. Open carry may be legal, but acting like a child with a firearm can get you arrested or worse, killed. I have seen several videos this week involving the same group, filming in different parts of Philadelphia and deliberately provoking police officers just to see how they will react. This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

Fontes: I think the courts are going to put the kibosh on that. But also, a lot of people don’t know that the USPS has a universal service obligation. Once a piece of mail gets into their hands, they’re mandated by law to move it through their system and get it where it needs to go.

When a police officer is surrounded by a violent mob and his life is in danger, what would you rather he use, a pellet gun or a firearm? You can't demand that police avoid both and still expect them to restore law and order. Pellet guns are used only as a last resort to prevent casualties that could result from live firing. Their safe and effective use requires trained personnel, an appropriate distance (preferably around 50 yards), and strict avoidance of vulnerable areas such as the face, eyes, and other vital organs.

Muzzle flash: Muzzle flash is clear on the video of Julius Malema discharging a firearm that was made public. Muzzle flash can only occur when a detonator ignites gunpowder in the cartridge to then discharge the projectile with high pressure. Recoil: The video clearly shows that the firearm causes recoil with every shot that was fired. It is clear that Julius Malema must hold on with both hands to compensate recoil. If it was a toy gun/another object that didn’t discharge real ammo, it would not have caused recoil. Handling of the firearm: The firearm Julius Malema used to discharge the shots was handled with extreme caution during the presentation and recovery thereof by Adriaan Snyman, Malema’s Head of Security during the event. He would not have handled a toy gun in this manner. Gunshot sound: The sound and buzzing of the shots that are clearly audible in the video byte disprove many of Julius Malema’s excuses that it wasn’t a real firearm or ammunition that was discharged, according to several experts that were consulted. Accounts: Julius Malema and the EFF have continuously adjusted their accounts since the incident. It was initially alleged that blanks were used. Experts that were consulted describe this as unlikely seeing as the necessary accessories to discharge the firearm in this manner were lacking and the firearm didn’t react in the way it would have had the firearm discharged these blanks. This was not a cheap carry gun. Officers were in a physical struggle with an armed suspect when a gun was perceived and the word “gun” was shouted.
