@WhitJohnson Let's flip the message to "person first"- New Yorkers who have serious disabilities are struggling and are not getting the services because of staffing shortages.

@WhitJohnson I work with group homes. Staffing shortages are a major concern. In my experience in some states, NC in particular, funding is awful. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
