This is why engineering is required. No push cart in my state has such sharp edges. It should be finished with 0.5 to 0.75 feet of railing which could have saved the boy by spreading the impact to the skull, spine and shoulders. Atmost he would have had a concussion in the head.

If you have given birth , at least be a responsible parent and watch over the offspring. Especially if you live in shitholes like these.

A while back in Nigeria when I was 13 I was playing tag in the night with my cousins I hit my head on a metal lip by a water tank and I bleed strongly I went to the nearest hospital yet they didn’t open the gate for 10 minutes I was bleeding out with a skull fracture
