At least 2 different animals. Wolf? Maybe, probably not.

I actually like a lot of nutty AI stuff, like actors aging or growing young again. But this wasn't realistic because animals in the wild don't look that healthy. Their coats aren't smooth and even-colored. Foxes,coyotes and cougars in Michigan are kind of raggedy.
