The "sad horse" is a celebrated masterpiece in the British Museum's Parthenon Sculptures collection. Sculpted in (438-432 BC), this piece of Pentelic marble originally adorned the East pediment of the Parthenon in Athens. I always try to protect them, make them smile, and help them forget the terrifying sounds of the bombing and the fear.
