Absolutely agree no one should face violence or mistreatment over language. But if you’ve lived and done business in a state for over a decade and still haven’t learned the basic local language, while expecting locals to speak yours, that’s unfair too.

MNS worker used Sulabh Shauchalaya. Toilet operator asked for ₹5 fees. MNS goon started arguing with him & asked him to speak in Marathi. It is clear he had no intention of paying money.
