Joe Budden thinks Drake will keep SENDING SHOTS at Jay-Z: “I think he’s going to be talking to Hov on FOMO… Fire on Hov while he’s in London. It’s the perfect time. It sounds crazy, but I do believe we get a timestamp record where he’s firing on someone — and it’s not Kendrick.” He ends with a warning to Drake about barking up that tree. Via- JBP

Jay-Z looks back on one of the biggest “what ifs” from The Black Album era. Sitting down with legendary producer Rick Rubin for his 8-part documentary series, Hov admits he believes he made a mistake by leading with “Change Clothes” instead of “Encore.” 🗣️ “I almost went to radio with ‘Encore,’ and I remember Kevin Liles being like, ‘The Encore one is the only one I’m on the fence about.’” “Encore” would go on to become one of the album’s most recognizable records. (🎥Jay-Z/Jaÿ-Z in 8/HBO Max)

Yaxel Lendeborg on how he views the significance of the Summer League: “I mean role-wise, I try to be a leader, you know, learn to be one. I was picked the highest here so I have to act like it. But not in the way where it’s like I’m acting like I’m authorized or I’m a priority or something. Just in a way where it’s like there’s going to be a lot of pressure on me and a lot of eyes on me so I have to go out there and not overdo it, but play my role, play my part.”

I’m locked in on the range. I honestly think I’m going to end up playing as well as Hank today (which is insane because I play once a year with a broken shoulder and he plays every day)
