The kill switch turns your car into judge, jury, and executioner. You’re fleeing an attacker—your pupils are dilated, your heart is racing, your breathing is heavy. The car flags you as impaired. A first-time father is rushing his wife to the hospital. The car thinks he’s drunk. These are REAL-WORLD scenarios where a government-mandated kill switch could cut power to your vehicle. KILL THE KILL SWITCH.

ALL VEHICLES MADE IN 2027 WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A KILL SWITCH All vehicles manufactured in 2027 will officially be required to come equipped with advanced impaired driving prevention technology. Under this new law, automakers must install systems that use cameras and AI to monitor driver behavior, tracking things like eye movement and attention levels. If impairment is detected, the system will activate a kill switch and prevent the vehicle from operating. A kill switch in your car, controlled by AI and cameras watching your every move. When was that ever a good idea? And no, it definitely will not be used for anything else. They would never remotely disable your car for any other reason. Not during a protest. Not during a lockdown. Not ever. Absolutely nothing can go wrong.

What's a rifle with a long range scope doing on protest ground? The idea of Bola Tinubu is to target and kill protesters? This will not end well. #TinubuMUSTGo #TinubuAndGangMustGo

Sen. Murkowski: “When you ask the American people whether or not they think it is a good idea for the United States to acquire Greenland, the vast majority, some 75%, will say, we do not think that that is a good idea. This senator from Alaska does not think it is a good idea.”

The right to travel is fundamental, but the government has mandated a kill-switch in new vehicles sold after 2026. The kill-switch will monitor driver performance and disable cars based on the information gathered. We will vote on my amendment to defund this mandate tonight.

AMERICANS, THIS IS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY🚨KILL THE KILL SWITCH BEFORE IT KILLS US. Imagine a mother racing her sick child to the hospital—her car shuts down because the government-mandated “kill switch” thinks she’s swerving from exhaustion. Imagine a Texas rancher fleeing a flash flood—his truck won’t start because the AI “detects impairment” from the chaos. Imagine a woman escaping domestic violence—the vehicle locks her in place while her attacker closes in. These are NOT “unintended consequences.” This is the Biden-Harris kill switch mandate turning every American car into a rolling government surveillance device that can disable YOUR vehicle at any moment—based on faulty sensors, AI errors, or future “climate compliance” rules. Your freedom. Your safety. Your property. All now controlled by Washington bureaucrats and Big Tech algorithms. Congress must repeal this unconstitutional nightmare NOW.
