He came into those first few sessions with a history of elbow pain but that went away completely in the first few weeks as he learned how to tap into the right power systems (AND take his throwing arm out of the power generation equation). His ability to throw for long periods of time w/o tiring and with no loss in velocity was something to see. Year 2 is building on what we started in 2025 and a heavy focus on arm path (accuracy).
