Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions

But how do you let go? People say, “Let go,” but how?

Just throw them at other people.

🕊☕️..‘‘Life is a balance of holding on and letting go.’’ - Rumi

Letting go is choosing where your energy still has a future instead of where it only has history.

An unusual toy for adults is a Quartz dagger.

This is generic self-help porn: guy hauls backpack of "past rocks" (grudges/regrets). Monk says drop them. "Cute. Real life ain't a desert hike. Some rocks are lessons or warnings—not everything deserves 'just let go' therapy speak.

Many of them are in subconscious! You do not remember them and you do.not realize them. It's the structure of our behavior, not that easy as you show it here

I’ve found it’s less about release and more about realizing you never held it in the first place.

finding peace

A lesson of life

🎀🕊️.. Amazing..🎀🕊️

@VibeVal I am struggling with something similar. I call it "clutter". Please pray for me that I can efficiently deal with all the material junk I have in my life 🙏. Thank you for this & all other things you have prayed for me. CHW

This is why intoxicants are so desirable. For just a few short hours, you are free from the mental harm your memory pushes upon you. If it's so easy to just put them down and walk away, no-one would need outside help. Your psyche demands we reignite moments of shame because we have so few real moments of our animalistic origins that we invent ways to create moments of growth. Our fear has overwhelmed our instinct. We obsess over nothing and growth is just finally moving past a stagnant, shameful memory. We are kneecapped by the fact that the weak no longer die and their genetics are passed onto a growing broken society.

@NuzhatAwan3 Sometimes it's not as easy as it looks

Now let's join me and be monk😂 Nothing to think or chase, no partner, no kids, no business, no hobby, no mouth to feed, nothing to build, just sit and talk🤣 Magnificent lesson for someone who can't think but complaining lol

Lovely.

Tough

But... carrying rocks helps you fight.

Alternatively just try “retard-maxxing”

Give it up to Jesus He carried everything for you

Life’s amazing

Excellent!

🤔 😒 🙁 ☺️

It is the Buddhist way.

I liken this proverb to the one I use, everyone has their own bag of shit they carry around. The longer you hold on to it, the smellier it gets.

Good one.

Sometimes holding on hurts more than letting go.

Going senile seems like an easy way to release the stones.

Science girl FTW!

You have to do it eventually

If in place of a burdening cross it becomes a different story. It could be seen akin to freeing/sating yourself from hardships or diffi~culty Ie~ Transmuting stones into bread. Because now he's chilling not moving in a desert, he needs to keep moving~
