You’ve definitely put on some size man. Last I saw you had ended a gnarly cut, seems like your follow through was nailed as well. Pray for patience, these kids are climbing the walls and it’s too damn hot and exspensive to do anything 🤣

That’s the goal when I finished my cut with @DeanTTraining last Nov I was 160. Currently sitting at 175. Ran / trained for two half marathons. Now in a slow bulk.

Completed two 1/2 marathons since the cut last fall, now stopped running. Currently climbing 176 this am. I’d like to see what 185 looks like
