Yeah when I heard ICT mention that I had one question in my head. When he said "any PD Array", does he mean the mid level between the same type of pd arry e.g orderblock to another orderblock Or Orderblock to Breaker Block? My assumption is the same type of PD Array.

I think any means between any two PD Arrays, although I would probably backtest that first
