Uhhhh…Brad? Meaning no disrespect but I think you left out an important point in that update The biggest risk for downed trees & powerlines is when accumulated snow is then iced over by freezing rain. The weight is the source of many power outages You need to be warning people

FIRST LOOK at the FOX Weather Model for the beginning parts of this historic winter storm this weekend. Snow, ice, impacts start late Friday. I have not seen models this locked in and consistent on a major winter storm this far out in a long time. It is not hype. The ice storm aspect of this in Texas to Alabama will be major to locally extreme impact.
