This woman booked a flight in a plane. She never remembered agreeing to the responsibilities of being in an emergency row, but when she was called to check in, they had informed her she was. The employee kept asking her over and over as if she was publicly shaming her for refusing to take on that responsibility. She called the employee she gave the card to and they admitted to it immediately. She felt that when the boss told her to get a work bag for supplies, it meant she was given permission to buy whatever she wanted.
