This is a good example of horsepower vs torque. This has plenty of horsepower to get that blade turning pretty fast but not enough torque to keep it going when faced with resistance.

The person operating the machine in that video isn’t using it correctly. That cutter relies on inertia and needs to spin up for ~10sec to reach full RPM before cutting (usually that happens while driving from one tree to the next). At full RPM it’ll go straight through in 1 pass
