This is an amazing moment, and an historic one - the man who will be PM in a week's time, saying nuclear veterans were victims of an injustice and "this House must hear their call" for a 1yr tribunal to end the cover-up that has dogged thousands of lives for 74 years. Andy Burnham says it is "entirely consistent" with the duty of candour in the Hillsborough Law, and there is widespread agreement across the Commons with his words. Maybe if that happens, the rest of Fleet Street will wake up and smell what I've been shovelling for 20 years.
