A man has been arrested for allegedly impeding and obstructing the detention of a Guatemalan man who was attending his immigration court hearing in San Diego, His sister said his name is Lucas Darsett.

The attorney for the man from Guatemala said his client’s case hadn’t even been dismissed yet and he hadn’t violated any of the terms of his release/parole.

DHS tells me the man who allegedly impeded was cited and released. The man from Guatemala is going into immigration detention, DHS officer tells me.
