Rejean Tabor walked into a Target in Simi Valley, California, and immediately started choking a random woman in the checkout line. Store loss prevention and several customers rushed to intervene, but Tabor began attacking them as well, including a teenager. The Simi Valley Police Department arrived and quickly located Tabor, who was throwing merchandise in the grocery section, and detained him. The woman who was initially choked’s family took her to the hospital, where she is in stable condition, and investigators confirmed she did not know Tabor.
