A man pulls out a gun on a NYC train during a verbal dispute. No visible threat. No physical altercation. Just words. Then someone claims, “He showed a badge.” But here’s the question nobody can ignore: Was he really law enforcement? Because if he was, this directly contradicts New...

Thinking this is reckless and not thinking that the guy who is being aggressive and threatening is not reckless is absolutely ridiculous. I really wonder what goes through your head thinking that someone doesn’t have a right to pull a weapon on someone who’s acting like that.

We aren't putting up with random harassment and menacing anymore Self-defense is an integral human right If he did something wrong, he will have his day court, but he must have the right to defend his own life

To you, that black guy's attitude & demeanor seems normal & unthreatening. That says more about you than the guy de-escalating the situation by pulling out his firearm.

I think some people are getting a false sense of security with their firearms. Who pulls a gun on a subway, too many bystanders to get hit by a ricochet

Only police officers, peace officers, and retired law enforcement officers holding HR 218 are authorized to carry firearms in the subway system. All other individuals with concealed carry permits are not allowed.

Maybe if it wasn’t for all the insane violent black men trying to assert their dominance on the subway people wouldn’t feel like they have to protect themselves.

Look at all of the senseless killings in murders from mentally deranged rabid people. Don’t blame this guy at all. It sure made the other guy think and walk away. He’s going home alive because he backed up and retreated. It’s the only smart thing that asshole did. He was a threat.

Homeboy was speaking very aggressively up close to his face. I don’t blame him for pulling the gun, especially with what you see on the news he didn’t shoot anybody had bis finger off the trigger.

We need to find out who this dude is and have him investigated. There’s a lot of fake cops running around the United States, including these fake ass ICE agents. These are proud boys in disguise.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent pulled a gun on an unarmed man, who was running AWAY from him… into an apartment complex… in Austin, Texas. This morning agents tried to stop two men, who then ran. In the video, an agent couldn’t catch one man, so he pulls his gun and points it at another unarmed man, while chasing him through a residential area. That is not normal. Pointing a firearm at someone is a use of force. And courts have been very clear… you don’t get to threaten lethal force just because someone ran from you. Running is not an imminent deadly threat. And this wasn’t an empty field. This was an apartment complex… where innocent people, including children, could have been in the line of fire because an agent decided to escalate a nonviolent situation. The agent then tells the man to get on the ground, which he does… and as the man is lying there unarmed, complying, the agent still has his gun pointed at him. Only after another agent says, “I got it, I got it,” does he finally holster his weapon. So, let’s be honest about what we’re watching… This is what poorly trained agents look like when they believe there are no consequences. This is what happens when escalation is normalized, and drawing a weapon becomes instinct instead of a last resort. An agent couldn’t catch someone… so he pulled a gun. A pattern we keep seeing. And every time it starts the same way, someone running away. Running away is not a capital offense. It does not justify threatening lethal force in a residential area, full of families. It does not justify pointing a firearm at an unarmed person, especially when on the ground. When agents feel empowered to escalate situations like this, it signals something bigger than one incident... It signals a culture that believes badges override constitutional rights. Threatening deadly force, when there is no immediate threat, is illegal. And it has to stop. Because the next time an agent “can’t catch” someone, we already know how the story can end.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught, on video, recklessly pointing their GUNS at a CHILD, and multiple other unarmed U.S. citizens… who were nowhere near them… while demanding a legal resident prove his immigration status, in Immokalee, Florida. And this all happened in a busy gas station parking lot… In the video, a person is recording while walking toward the sidewalk… When suddenly, an ICE agent draws his firearm, turns around, and points his gun directly at the unarmed U.S. citizen. And just to be clear… No one was attacking him, rushing toward him, or even armed with any sort of weapon. In fact, no one was even close enough to pose an immediate physical threat. Then, the agent, with his gun still drawn, orders a car to move. As it backs up, he recklessly sweeps his loaded firearm across multiple unarmed people… including a MINOR… who are standing on a public sidewalk, legally record from a distance. The person filming keeps asking… “What’s the threat?” Because the video clearly doesn’t show one. Moments later, the same agent points his gun at the person filming, AGAIN. Then, a shirtless man walks around the vehicle to see what’s happening, and the agent immediately points the gun at him, too. At this point, a second ICE agent is seen, standing on the side of the car, with HIS gun drawn, too. And after all of that… The man, they were demanding papers from, walks away because he wasn’t undocumented. And the ICE agents get into their car and leave. Federal officers are trained to draw their firearms only when they reasonably believe there is an imminent threat of death, or serious bodily harm. Every time a loaded firearm is pointed at someone, there is a risk of a tragic mistake… especially in a public place where innocent bystanders could be caught in the middle. And once again… recording federal agents, from a public place, is protected by the First Amendment, so long as you are not interfering with their duties. And no one was interfering… or even near them. So, what exactly justified having multiple firearms drawn, and pointed at unarmed people, in a crowded gas station parking lot? This wasn’t just dangerous for the people filming… It was dangerous for everyone in that parking lot. And this video is just another example of what happens when poorly trained ICE agents aren’t held accountable.

Bully cop throws his weight around on a some 14 year old kids. Little did he know he was getting recorded. What you are witnessing is Baltimore Police Officer Salvatore Rivieri completely losing his mind over a 14-year-old kid named Eric whose only "crime" was riding a skateboard at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and using the words "man" and "dude". "I am not man, I am not dude... I am Officer Rivieri." The absolute fragility required to violently push a teenager to the ground and threaten to "smack" the attitude out of him over basic slang is staggering. The most alarming part isn’t just the screaming or the physical intimidation—it’s the absolute comfort and fluidity with which he executes this tyranny. This is not the behavior of a good officer having a bad day. This is the practiced behavior of a systemic bully who has spent years using his badge as a shield to terrorize people with absolute impunity. You can tell this isn't his first time conducting himself in this manner by a few key red flags: The Immediate Escalation: He doesn't attempt to de-escalate or issue a simple warning. He goes straight from zero to physical force and severe verbal threats because he expects absolute, whimpering submission. The "Father" Rhetoric: He immediately projects a bizarre, authoritarian parental dynamic, screaming that he will "smack it out of you" and threatening that the kid will "spend some time in juvenile [hall]". This type of psychological dominance is a learned tactic used to make minors feel entirely helpless. Complete Disregard for Witnesses: He does not care that other kids are watching or that a camera is rolling until the very end. He operates with the supreme confidence of a man who believes his department will always have his back, no matter how egregious his behavior. Fortunately, this time, the camera was rolling. When the footage was uploaded to social media it sparked massive public outrage. The Baltimore Police Department was forced to conduct an internal investigation. While he was initially suspended with pay, the wheels of justice finally turned in . A police trial board found Rivieri guilty of misconduct and clear neglect of duty, leading to his official termination from the force. Bad badges love to demand respect, but they consistently confuse respect with absolute compliance. When a cop views a 14-year-old with a skateboard as an existential threat to his ego, he shouldn't just be stripped of his badge—he should be held up as a textbook example of why citizens must continue to film every single interaction with law enforcement.
