Took a pic of a lady smoking meth in my laneway. Called cops. They didnt arrest her or search her. Didnt even want the pic as evidence. They just put her stuff in the back of the car and dropped her off in another neighborhood. Its lawless here.

Fire crews were called to the scene at 9:19 p.m., with the building housing businesses on the ground floor and apartments on the two floors above.
