Nine U.S. citizens and illegal aliens, including two John Does, were charged in a federal crackdown on benefit fraud schemes in Massachusetts by ICE HSI New England and its partners. She says that through anyone’s Social Security number who applied for benefits, she was able to tell whether a person was working, owned property or cars, the status of their bank accounts, and their salary.
