@Gatty54 After the first send off they could have all just shut up but it seemed beyond them. It was obvious that the referee wasn't going to put up with whatever he was copping so why keep going? Bench weren't much help.

Referee did most things well. Other than the fact that the straight reds should’ve been yellows, it’s not his fault that Adelaide Croatia are clearly a bunch of flogs

Some of these reds are bizarre. Like the one where the ref told the coach to stay in his area and then called him over to talk to him and then sent him off for doing what he asked

I've had this ref officiate some of our games in the Adelaide Masters league. He is definitely one of the better ones. Calm and fair.

This is a really bad miss in a tied OT game by veteran Pat Driscoll. Clearly a foul on the floor, yet he called it a shooting foul. If called on the floor, would have been a 1-and-1, instead of a 2 shot foul (he ended up missing the 1st and making the 2nd FT).

7 minutes into the second half, Diaz deliberately rolls to push his studs into Gass. He's on a yellow card already. This is a nailed-on yellow card. In a Sheffield Derby. Right in front of our dug-out. Charles is the only one who walks towards the incident - but it has no urgency. Why aren't we: a) running to Gass to check he's ok. b) appealing for a foul c) why aren't Danny and the bench stepping forward d) why is no one around the ref this did not even get given as a foul. Imagine this happening at Leeds, or any big PL club. Klopp at Liverpool.
