A match that will go down in Crucible history. Luca Brecel becomes the first player from mainland Europe to reach a world final 🇧🇪 #CazooWorldChampionship

Time to properly revive the Belgian Open WST?

Delighted for Luca. But enough of this “mainland Europe” trope which is a Real Brit notion. Ken Doherty is Irish and we (and other European island nations) are as European as anyone from Belgium.

Chinese player losing 11 frames in a row missing that green last night easy blue today nothing to see here haaaa

Wouldn't be shocked if Si had money on himself lose after being 14-6 up.....

@janverhaas Sensational match 🔥 & huge credit to both players 👏

We've learned a great deal about Luca in the last fortnight... Talent was never in doubt- now the character isn't either... Incredible performance...

As fishy as fuck.

Listen, my intuition is always right. I knew that missed green was the beginning of the end for Si! The momentum switched completely last night when Si let the fish of the hook. Si freezed completely… And i suppose he has/had no (mental) coach to support him. Heartbreaking! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Well done Luca! 👍
