In Ashfield, there are around 540 new cancer cases every year. Yet only around 55% of cancers in Ashfield are diagnosed in the early stages. So if in doubt, get checked out, and get a second opinion. It was great to catchup with Cancer Research UK yesterday and see the work they have been doing recently.

The most critical point is this: Most patients feel nothing in the early stages. So, the approach of "if there are no symptoms, there is no problem" is not valid for this disease.
