David Suzuki’s big idea was keep the North Shore wastewater plant under government control. Announced at $700 million, supposed to finish in 2020. Still not done. Bill is now $3.86 billion. Residents already paying an extra $118 a year, headed for $590 by 2029. Chow is out here platforming him like he just solved something. The results are sitting right there in the cost overruns and the higher bills. Classic.

This is unsubstantiated fear mongering. Bringing Suzuki in from BC will kill your campaign. Bradford isn't proposing privatization of water services. He's proposing incorporation of a Municipal Services Entity to which water services assets would be transferred. The City would still own it and be liable for any debts it takes on.
