So, in other words, no real update of any value, only excuses wrapped up in a PR damage control video. Appreciate it, Kev. 👍🏼 You’re doing a bang up job. 👏🏼

A rundown of Donald Trump’s biggest campaign promises and whether he has or hasn’t delivered.

This message would have been better received if the CEO didn’t have idle trucks in the background when so many customers are without power for going on two days now

We brought in additional trucks so they could sit in the background as a photo op ..

Oh shut up about your “affordable” service! We don’t even have any service? Where’s the extra resources in Hampton Twp.? This is ridiculous!

“Crew Dispatched” status since at least 6 AM. It’s now 2:41 PM and ZERO action has taken place. Out outage disappeared from the tracking map at least 3 times, no action on the street. What kind of games are you playing?

at this point, DLC's plan should be published and the company should itemize which zip codes and what areas are being targeted and what timeline is being followed. the reason why people are irked is because of a lack of transparency not beause of a lack of speed

You are a useless pos!!! You are acting like we got a CAT5 hurricane. We got a gust of wind that knocked 250k people off of your failed grid. You raised our rates to unaffordable terms, you bought a new fleet of pick-up and lineman truck, yet did nothing to make the infrastructure more reliable. 72 hours later with still over 100k still without power is fuckin unacceptable. Fuck you, DUQUESNE DARK!!!!!!

Help should have been called in at 5:12pm on April 29th when we all lost power and your phone system couldn’t handle the massive amount of outages. That’s when your calls for help should have gone out and they could have been here April 30th or even that same night.

DLC taking massive Ls with this communications campaign...Just give distinct timeframe for each zip code so that people can plan accordingly...
