No support for this. This marking boycott makes the students, who do not have time to mess around, into helpless pawns - forced to protest on behalf of the staff. Feedback is an essential part of the education process, to withhold it is a massive step too far, find another way.

@ucu my daughter today goes to an exam she's studied hard for. She's obviously pensive, nervous and wants to do well. It's shameful that you think it's acceptable to have a marking boycott on this exam. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this day harder for her!
