A message to TeamYouTube YouTube Creators Neal Mohan I am a Belgian YouTuber who has been creating videos on YouTube for over 14 years, and YouTube has been my full-time profession for more than 10 years. Today, I am at risk of losing everything. My very first YouTube channel, a channel that had been inactive for several years, was terminated after receiving three strikes on old videos about a video game called Yandere Simulator. I stopped creating content about this game years ago. The videos I made about Yandere Simulator were created for one reason only: to entertain people, make them laugh, and have a good time playing a video game — exactly as I have done with many other games throughout all these years. I have always done everything I could to respect YouTube's rules and Community Guidelines. For 14 years, I have built my life and my professional career around creating content and entertaining people. I have never wanted to promote anything harmful. My only goal has always been to bring positivity to people, make them smile, and give them a moment of entertainment. And today, I am at risk of losing my entire career because of old videos on a channel I had not even been actively using for years. YouTube, I genuinely need your help. I am simply a YouTuber who wants to continue doing the job he loves, continue creating videos, and continue making people smile. MY CHANNEL GOT A STRIKE!! 🚨 I posted this exact video on YouTube today and it got removed + a strike on my channel: 100XClub Got a a strike a week ago too, no explanation on what we did wrong. I have been in the space since 2016 and sharing my knowledge, experience and views with people FOR FREE every single day on YT I love YouTube a lot, built the channel with sweat blood and consistency from 34 subs and had a 10x growth in the last 12 months alone I state “not financial advise, Dyor” and so on in every single video I make, trying to be compliant with YouTube I genuinely feel concerned posting on YouTube because I don’t even know what is it that violates the rules therefore cannot change and comply. I refrained from streaming on other platforms because I want to focus on what works - YouTube But if I am not even being told what I should change, I will not be able to adept, and not be able to make it work. This is my live, my community is my second family, YouTube’s move is not right. So YouTube has officially rejected my appeal and confirmed that my and Nick Cruse’s stream Nick Cruse 🥋 did not follow their “firearms policy”. YouTube’s firearms policy states that no live-streamer can handle a firearm while live-streaming. Yet, neither of us were operating a firearm on the live, and never have. To highlight the absurdity and arbitrariness of YouTube’s decision, Nick’s upload of the stream is STILL UP ON YOUTUBE, while mine was taken down, despite it being THE SAME STREAM! The double-standard and lack of principles are obvious and TeamYouTube should be ashamed of itself for its duplicity. Now, I am indefinitely banned from going live. Youtube doesn’t even tell me for how long. There’s obviously no recourse for YouTube content creators. Every decision is arbitrarily made and enforced. Shame on YouTube! Please retweet this so more people see it.

TeamYouTube . My channel Just got hit with INAUTHENTIC CONTENT . YouTube's AI Wrongly flagged my channel as low effort and mass produced content. All of our scripts are Original. Every topic is distinct and well researched, covering distinct historical subjects with genuine educational depth. No two videos are the same and no template can produce what we make. These are 3 hour long documentaries. We use real archived historical footage that takes a long time to find and source and edit with the narration. We do not use AI images or video. This is not something you can template. This is not something you can mass produce. The render time alone makes that impossible. I did everything right. I made a detailed appeal video explaining the entire workflow of my channel. How we write the scripts, how we do the editing, how we record the voiceovers, everything in full detail. That video has zero views. It was auto rejected. No one at YouTube watched a single second of it. $5,500 from last month is on hold. $2,200 from this month is on hold. That is $7,700 sitting frozen because an automated system made a decision that no human being has actually verified. Real people are being affected by this. I am not asking for a free pass. I am just asking for one real human to look at this case once .

Hey TeamYouTube YouTube, I recently received a strike on my channel, and I believe that my channel is being targeted by another creator on the platform. I received a false strike that you guys weren't willing to dive deep into, and I tried to take this up with YouTube support, but I feel like you guys didn't look at this from a fair standpoint because either A, you guys want to show favoritism to your bigger creators. Or B, because of the mass reporting this bigger creator has done to my channel with his audience. Either way, its still YouTube showing favoritism.

In ways I never could've imagined. To Valorant - thank you for being my canvas and being something more than just a game. To the community - thank you for your endless love and support throughout this journey. To my friends - I wish I could tag each and every one of you. Thank you for believing in what I created and making it feel real. This isn't a goodbye, I will still be around, attending events and showing love to RIOT and the community. But it's time for a shift. I will be focusing on my personal content growth outside of gaming - and the next chapter is Football.

youtube terminated my channel on 8 may under "sex and nudity." appeal reversed it in 20 minutes. today their public comms account replied that the channel is demonetised for "mass-produced inauthentic content." same channel. same catalogue. fourth rationale in four months. the rotation: — 2 feb 2026: channel demonetised under "inauthentic content" — 3 feb 2026: i submitted an appeal video documenting my full production pipeline end-to-end — 5 feb 2026: appeal rejected. rejection cited generic examples (mass-produced templates, slideshows, repost content) that did not describe my work — 9 feb 2026: i replied with evidence of prior manual long-form approval for advertisers. response upheld the rejection but introduced a new rationale — "sexually gratifying content" — without resolving the original. specialist team stated my appeal video was "included in the comprehensive check." the video has 0 views on the youtube dashboard. — 8 may 2026: channel terminated under "sex and nudity." second channel auto-removed under "circumvention" — 8 may 2026, 20 minutes after appeal submitted: both channels reinstated — 27 may 2026: public reply from TeamYouTube states the channel is demonetised for "mass-produced inauthentic content" no strikes. no content removals. no specific videos ever cited. three months between the february determination and the may termination with no further uploads, no further flags, no warning that ceasing all activity would itself escalate. work is original AI-assisted surrealist VFX with full voiceover authorship and a multi-stage production pipeline. each piece takes days. there is no template. the most consistent signal across this entire process is that no rationale survives engagement. the inauthentic flag dissolved when i provided evidence of authorship. the sex-and-nudity termination dissolved on appeal in 20 minutes. now the rationale has rotated back to where it started. creators working in ambiguous moderation territory — horror, body-as-subject art, AI VFX — deserve more than a rotating set of policy rationales applied to the same catalogue without specific evidence. YouTube REMOVES British Stand FOREVER! I desperately need a genuine HUMAN review from TeamYouTube. My YouTube channel, British Stand, has been terminated and I have now effectively been banned from YouTube indefinitely. 315,000 subscribers. 2,600 videos. 175 million views. Two years of relentless work. An incredible community and my entire livelihood were wiped away at the click of a button. YouTube claims that my channel violated its Community Guidelines, yet I still have not been told which specific policy I supposedly broke, which videos were responsible, or what conduct justified such an extreme punishment. To be clear I have had ZERO violation or strike on this channel across the 2 years I have ran it! As my audience knows, I report on stories already being discussed across the media and provide political commentary and opinion. I am openly critical of the current British government, but criticism of a government is not, and should never become, a violation of Community Guidelines. YouTube has now silenced a political viewpoint without giving me a clear explanation or a meaningful opportunity to defend myself. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a genuine manual review by a senior human reviewer, along with a transparent explanation of the evidence and policies used to terminate my channel. This channel was my livelihood. Years of work have disappeared overnight, and I still do not know why. Please share this post and tag TeamYouTube in the replies. Here's the clip that apparently terminated my YouTube channel. While livestreaming about the SpaceX IPO, I tried to share what I believed was the official livestream of the SpaceX IPO ceremony. I clicked on a video on YouTube that appeared to be legitimate live coverage. Afterall, it was apparently on the offical Nasdaq YT channel. After playing it for about 20 seconds, I realized it was an AI deepfake, so I immediately stopped it and told my viewers it was fake. My only intention was to show the real ceremony to my audience. As soon as I noticed the issue, I clicked off. I’ve learned from this experience and will be much more careful when selecting and verifying content before going live. That said, I believe terminating the entire channel for an unintentional mistake was quite severe. I would appreciate it if you could review and reconsider this decision. I deleted all the ear eating videos off my YouTube channel and I encourage you to do the same if you make this content. After talkin to numerous YouTube creators they are *DELETING ENTIRE CHANNELS* without warning because of ear eating content. I will be utilizing X to upload things that I am removing from YouTube now. I am also exploring other areas to host content. I am not sure what I will end up doing with YouTube overall, but I will be sure to let you know! I really appreciate all the support and people reaching out. I think their wishy-washy rules are insane and aren't consistently applied. But in August, they removed a 3 mil viewed ear eating (this one below) without warning and a month later my 9 mil views one. I can't risk losing my entire channel for one ASMR trigger. I hope you understand. 🩷
