Bus driver called the school to demand a resource officer because he alleged a student got on the wrong bus. The student, and other students, confirmed this was his bus. He needed to get home immediately after school to babysit his 6 yr old brother. The resource officer demanded he exit the bus so the other kids could get home. Then the officer tased the student and threatened to do it again The officer has been removed from duty at the school. Lawsuit is not yet filed.

Unfortunately, he boarded a city bus instead. This lady, finding it odd for such a young child to ride alone, asked the bus driver if the boy rode the bus every day. The driver told her that children under five ride for free and she should sit down and shut up. Mama Bear and other concerned women didn’t accept it. The lady ended up calling the cops to report that the boy was riding a two-hour city bus route by himself. According to RTC children 5 years of age and younger ride free and MUST be accompanied by an adult. I don’t care where who you are but if you are willing to put your child at risk, you are POS and should be arrested for neglect.
