You unfortunately didn't apologized to Senator Ali Ndume for ably representing his constituency and the North in general over tax reform bill DSP. I think its the first think I am not happy about that you did publicly and the same thing is turning around hunting you.

Mr. Barau, it's commendable that you suspended the tax reform bills. While the urgency and benefits of the reform are undeniable, we must prioritize fixing our electricity and stabilizing our forex. These are pressing issues that require immediate attention than tax reform. Moreover, concerns have been raised about the composition of the implementers, with 90% from one ethnic group(yoruba) . This has led to suspicions of a hidden agenda. It's essential to address these concerns and ensure that the reform is fair and equitable for all Nigerians .

Tax Reform Bill should be implemented. If not this year, it should be next. Northern governors can’t just be getting FAAC allocated to them & not trying to develop their internal revenue. They’re just receiving over 60% of their internal revenue generation from other states.
