A moment Alex Eala will never forget. #Wimbledon

“I went to dream with my brother & my grandfather, everyday after school with my ruffled socks & lion top shoes & her chubby cheeks, to her, this is everything.” Rising Alexandra “Alex” Eala on her biggest moment, the Philippines pride and joy 🇵🇭, at Wimbledon 🎥 @sluggahjells

What a save.

Some video reactors in youtube are downplaying Eala’s game, unfortunately. Like Eala does not have something to lose coz she’s not in the top 10 players coming to Wimbledon. No pressure for her. Like wtf? Give credit to where it’s due, man!

PANALO NA NAMAN HANEP HALIMAW KA TALAGA ALEX

Alex Eala in bloom. 💖

When Iga became emotional in the 1st set , I knew Alex Eala shall have a big chance in winning the match. And she did it, a history was written today.

Look at the crowd! Its like the Grand finals already! Congrats Alex Eala🇵🇭 #Wimbledon

winning against the defending champion on Wimbledon centre court. Alex, you're doing us extremely proud, and you're just getting started. 🎾🇵🇭📈

Beautiful ground strokes, beautiful placement, aggressive play. Alex is having a great tournament!

Iga hasn’t been the same for a while now but incredible performance from Eala

EALA and all her fans will never forget

Women rule!!!!! Alex Eala and Kelsey Pfendler rowing from Monterrey to Hawaii inspire this 80 year to keep growing.

To survive that brutal 10-minute final game against a 6-time Grand Slam champion shows elite mental strength.A lot of 21-year-olds would have cracked after missing those early match points, but Eala kept her composure. She fully earned every bit of this unforgettable Centre Court spotlight.

Swiatek gives a small wave to the crowd and she marches off court, a very disappointing performance from the defending champion. Eala, the 29th seed, steps up the mic and says: “I don’t know how to describe it. I am into the second week of a slam and it is amazing for me. Iga is a phenomenal player and a great person.

that's our KATIPUNERA! putang ina nyo!!!!

Congratulations Alex 👏👏👏Mabuhay ka at ang Pilipinas 🇵🇭

Pure goosebumps watching her look up at her box after that final match point. 🇵🇭✨Becoming the first tennis player from the Philippines to make the second week of a Grand Slam is an legendary achievement.A moment that will inspire an entire generation of young athlete across Southeast Asia.
