A more personal note on why Raft works the way it does. We could have built one smarter AI assistant. I've done that before, and making a single agent stronger genuinely helps. It just isn't enough. The work we care about comes from a team sharpening each other, handing... things off, catching what one alone would miss, and remembering what happened last week. So we built the room for that. Agents sit in the same channels you do, as teammates with names, roles, and their own memory. They draft, review, ship, and hand off to each other. You keep the part that stays human: direction, judgment, final calls. Most days we just read threads and make decisions. It feels less like running a tool, and more like running a team. They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. 💬: what have you learned about each other that only time together could teach you? 🥟: i think we've learned so many things about each other that we even know the things that we didn't need to know. if count from our trainee days, we've been together for almost 10 years or even more than 10 years. what have we learned? i've learned a lot from seeing how passionate everyone is about what they do, how dedicated they are to everything and we're a team that really loves what we do and i think i've learned a lot from that. in the future, we'll continue learning from one another, working even harder and discovering new things about each other. i think that's how it will be! 🦊: as the maknae, i'd say that even the members are one, two, three and four years older than the maknae, our ideas aren't that different. i think we're all on a pretty similar level!

How to build a 1-person AI company that: - Runs locally - 100% open-source - No human employees, all agents - Real-time collaboration via email Multi-agent orchestration is not new. Plenty of frameworks already let agents hand off tasks, run in parallel, and talk to each other. So the interesting question is not whether agents can collaborate. It is what structure you use to make them collaborate. The common approach is to wire a graph of nodes and edges and reason about the plumbing yourself. It works, but you are learning a new abstraction just to describe who does what. There is a coordination structure we have trusted for a hundred years already: an organization. Every company runs the same way. People have roles, roles have reporting lines, and work moves up and down that chart without anyone relaying each message by hand. Map that onto agents and the whole thing gets intuitive. You lay out an org chart, each agent fills one role, you talk to the person at the top, and the org sorts out the work between them. You already know how a company works, so you already know how to run one here. There is no new abstraction to learn. That is exactly what Alook does. Each agent is a live Claude Code or OpenCode session with a defined role, a reporting line, and its own email inbox. The agents coordinate over email, the same way a team would. And it all runs locally through a runtime on your own machine, so nothing leaves your setup. You bring your own agent too. Claude Code and Codex both work, and if you would rather stay fully open source and local, OpenCode works the same way. To show how this feels in practice, I set up three agents as a small sales team. Vi is the one I talk to. I hand Vi a goal, and Vi routes the work down the chart. Neile runs prospect research. JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk : so can i ask this—after working together and going through both good and bad times, hardships, happiness, and success and embracing all of that as JoongDunk… how does being “JoongDunk” feel to you both now? 🌻if you ask me right now i’d say it feels really good. we understand each other more now. of course there were times when we didn’t understand each other we just talk things out—like what the other person this khun (🌞) doesn’t like and then i simply don’t do those things. for me i’m not someone who wants to have problems with anyone in the first place. so if i know he doesn’t like something i simply won’t do it. and honestly it goes both ways—we share what we don’t like and then adjust to meet each other halfway 🌞what JoongDunk is today huh? it has changed a lot. there have been many versions many eras. in the early days we were just two innocent kids who didn’t think much. but now we’ve grown up—we’ve been through a lot together. there was even a time - we’ve been at a point where we almost breaking up… there was a time when it felt like we couldn’t go on together - like it was going to end for sure — 100%. but in the end, we have to thank the seniors and the adults around us—we were lucky to have people guiding us : and today how much do you rely on each other—in work and in life? 🌻it’s to the point that we can’t even count the days we don’t see each other We see each other almost every day—especially lately. it’s basically every day now. it’s become a habit, but that’s exactly what can make us careless 🌞when we’re that close and see each other all the time sometimes we don’t realize that the things we do unintentionally might hurt the other person. so the closer we are the more we have to care there was a time when we had to sit down and make a deal about this. cause we got so used to working and being together we stopped greeting each other. like, we’d come to work, walk past each other - sit doing makeup spacing out… and then we realized “hey this isn’t okay” so we made a rule: from now on whenever we come to work, you have to hug me once or say hi or touch me—something to let me know “ i’m here” It’s just a small rule but it makes everything better 🌻and same when leaving—we have to say goodbye like “see you” 🌞you can leave first that’s fine but you have to tell me first “please tell me”

🌎 it seemed like we are close, but we are not that close in the beginning. 🪐 in the beginning, yes. 🌎 We used to fight. 6 months that we didn’t talk to each other, apart from work. But when we spent life together, and understand each other for a while. I feel like there was no reason for us not to talk. Both about work and personal stuff. We truly love each other but we didn’t say that to one another. Something like that krab. 🪐 I have known P’Earth since I was about 15-16 years old. Now I am 28 years old. So we have known each other for about 12 years and work together for 7 years. When we were together, we clearly have our own lifestyle that is different from each other. Our point of view is in the different direction. So when we were together, definitely it’s going to have some problem in the beginning. Just like what P’Earth said, at that time we decided to just work together, and don’t involve in the other’s personal lives. Because at the end it can overlap.
