I had an ER refuse tests twice went to a GP who was right it was an organ issue and had to get the organ removed, went back to ER twice for bleeding the second was hypovolemic shock had to have emergency surgery, an ER dr commented 99% don’t get diagnosed at the hospital also

OK guys don't worry though literally every children's hospital is gonna work up a kid very thoroughly if the kid has even 2 of the criteria for Kawasaki (rash, temp >104 >5 days, conjunctivitis, etc). It's drilled into even us med students that Kawasaki is a "can't miss" dx
