As we are the month of MAY, I think it will be a beautiful name to give her. If not, then something very close like MAYA or MAIA. The spiritual meaning of the name MAY means growth, fertility or and renewal ❤️✨

I would name her Marigold. 🧡 Regardless of whatever name you choose, I pray she responds well to surgery & any treatment. Triage care is always a rough go. Once she builds up some trust & starts for feel better, I know she will settle.

I called my little rescue girl Willow - as the name Willow is often associated with new beginnings, renewal, and hope… that’s her rescue photo on the left - she was found in a shed with 12 other dogs, she was nine months old… and on the right is little Willow now 💜

She has a pretty fawn color to her. Fawn. Praying for you sweetie, you couldn't be in a better place now! ❤️🐾🙏

I think she looks like a Pippi. I used to watch Pippi Longstocking when I was little, and she was such a wild, free spirit.... And hard to "catch". Ty for all you do for these dogs. Love is such a beautiful thing, especially when motivated by compassion and empathy. God is love.

I immediately thought of Bambi when I saw the video of her on the street and her color. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s promising that she ate from your hand and actually let you pet her. That’s a great start!

I think it is important to regularly remind people. I decided to join today, even though it is often too painful for me seeing these sweet dogs suffer or being so mistreated by humans. How about “Ola” it refers to life, health, being alive, well-being, having survived. It makes me think of her. She is a survivor. It is a Hawaiian word and is pronounced OH-lah. 😊.

Cancer survivors are warriors so I like this name for her: Xena – From Xena: Warrior Princess. Instantly screams brave female warrior.
