A NEW feature from the last Update that's actually GOOD! 🙏 The developers now have the ability to sell skins of brawlers you don't own in the Shop, which allows you to buy certain skins without owning their respective brawlers. This is especially useful with Seasonal skins.

They should've added this MUCH before I literally missed UNO Chester skin just because I didn't own it and of course after it was gone forever and like 4 days after I got a offer to buy Chester.

No chance, there are just too many skins. The game doesn't prioritize the skins of brawlers which you already have unlocked, so Starr Drops would become very messy if getting skins for brawlers we don't own from them was made possible.
