Additionally, owners had two options: • Swap Back: On their return trip, they could re-swap to their original battery pack at no additional cost, ensuring they kept their own battery. • Keep New Pack: If they preferred the swapped pack (e.g., newer or less degraded), they paid a fee based on the age and condition difference between the packs.
