Hello, I’m writing because I have a problem starting FC25, and I can’t find a solution.

Why prioritize expansion packs over actually fixing The Sims? Issues persist for years, before addressed. I have no mods and am up-to-date. My game crashes randomly, and has progressed to even shutting off my monitor, forcing a reboot and losing progress. I'm fed up and wont play until this is fixed. It's pointless to play, if it damages my computer the way it currently is! My IT husband blames the crappy coding. Why don't real-time games like Call of Duty have these issues? They use just as much, if not more codes than, The Sims! Hire skilled coders, not DEI hires pushing agendas.
