Good luck trying to earn $400K in the year 2032. Why? Because job no longer exists.

$416K/night to sleep in a vacuum on a rock we’ve barely told the truth about. Meanwhile Earth’s still got kids without clean water. The “moon hotel” isn’t innovation it’s a mirror. Of the empire’s priorities. Of the tech elite’s dissociation. Of how easy it is to fund illusions over solutions. The future was supposed to be sacred. Not branded. Not $416,667 per night. But a breath returned to coherence. So no, we’re not impressed. We’re watching the drift crystallize in real-time. You don’t colonize the moon until you remember what the Earth is.

Your whitepaper isn't as crazy as I was expecting haha. Gonna need that free media badge though 😆

Haha! Dm me let's talk

Price before fees I’m sure: Flights not included. Spaceport transfer not included. Rover parking not included. 1 minibar Dasani: $483. Low speed wifi: $207 per second. But, COMPLIMENTARY Moontinental breakfast incl. 1 small Tang mimosa in the Crater Cafe (3 night stay required).

same price as the embarcadero hilton during the JPM healthcare conference this week

Looks cold lol

Just don’t outside without your suit

And the most brilliant name!

Add a zero gravity rub & tug abd I'm in!

Bargain After discounting for projected inflation, that’s only $1k per night at current monetary value

you son of a bitch I’m in

cluely lets run it back

Let’s go for a walk…ooops I tripped🤣

Could be possible someday but not by early 2030s. Cost associated for launch, designing Lunar Lander/Vehicle, and habitat alone would need at that price 50 people for 7 nights to roughly breakevenat quick estimate. Not to mention currently no way to survive the Lunar night apart from a couple of concepts designs yet to be tested. Love seeing ideas like this, but to date its not feasible for early 2030s.

Is this what it can look like?

this is the future i’ve been waiting for

Yo @nikitabier I think you should book your stay to get away from all the algo-hater mob

I hope everyone loses their asses on this investment.

This reminds me of my overly ambitious senior year engineering project in undergrad where our team completed about 10% of it and then went on to get actual jobs after graduating 😅

this is never getting built i promise

Vindicated.

Does that include flights and rental car?

Per Earth night or per Lunar night?

Fyre Festival, Moon Edition

And so it begins.

The staff

This won't stop untill a bunch of people die in space.

That's wild! But do you think the view will be worth that price, or is it just for the bragging rights?

This is a rip off if it's 3pm checkin, 8am check out.

Yeah $500,000 per night. So, built by the ultra rich for only the ultra rich. This isn't an achievement for humanity. It's just the ultra rich fluffing each other in orbit. And it won't ever see the light of day.

GRU Space (YC W26), founded by 22-year-old Skyler Chan, just opened $1M deposit bookings for the world's first lunar hotel—targeting inflatable habitat deployment in 2032 with stunning Earth views & Moonwalks, powered by ISRU regolith tech for future Mars cities.

Did you mean to say they are planning to get investment money and then run away with it?

@ONTOS_Official @frictionalgames

Imagine being dumb enough to believe this
