This is a cool learning tool. Would also be neat if it had exposed pins that you could touch a resistor against, and have it read out the value and give the color bands to show how to read it.

Not much help with my collection of 'body-tip-spot' resistors ;-) Love the idea, even if I learned from working in an old fashioned electronics/surplus shop and sorting bags of loose resistors into the right drawers.
