A Nigerian nurse experienced the exact same thing. She has a condition called Optic nerve Atrophy, she told them before hand yet she wasn’t given grace during an exam.

They really need to do better fr! The way they treat students is uncalled for then imagine how they treat those with disabilities

Very concerning. We only complain about the obvious ones like the government, but there is a lot happening beneath that is not open to the populace. May the Lord have mercy.

The wickedness starts from the local sector and from individuals like you and I.

Root of all things are good or bad actually stem from the foundational level. 💯

Her last statement: How can you be a mental health professional and educator, yet you can not offer the least mental health support. Not even to any patient, but your colleague in the health profession. Our education will always be trash if we do not practice what we teach

Oh no! That’s unacceptable! You must sued that school, the lady and the dean/provost. Don’t allowed this case to slide. Nigeria professors are ill-informed and irresponsible, unprofessional.

The bible mentioned wickedness in high places 🙆🏾‍♀️😭. This one is grassroots wickedness. And we think the world is going to be better in the future? How? Are we planning a thanos like event, but with specific people in mind? That won't even solve anything,

Someone should tag the new NANS president, he may be interested in this case. Shame on the management of Neuro-Psychiatry Hospital, Lagos.

That’s sad but if your sight is that bad I don’t think you going into med is that good because you’ll them to be working at least 80% for you to help in the hospital

She was already a nurse when this disability kicked in. Nigeria is just a hostile country cos abroad everyone fits in one way or the other . There are autistic doctors, nurses etc. A little disability doesn’t mean you cant be good at your job. Nigeria just has an issue with giving grace to those that actually deserve and need it

Profilbild von Dremo
Dremovor 9 Tagen

Yes but sometimes we have to accept and do things like you’re in Nigeria too .. she might end up not getting a job because of her sight. A lot of nurses out there with no work and can offer their 💯 are still looking for where to work .
