Shakur Stevenson doesn’t need a ring to remind you how untouchable he is. Just casually playing around… and the defense is still elite.🔥 Bro turned a casual spar into a highlight reel without even breaking a sweat. 🐐👑🥊

People don't realize how incredibly hard this is. Lisandro drops an absolute dime, and Messi takes it out of the sky with his thigh without even breaking stride. To finish it with a half-volley over a rushing keeper...Leo makes the impossible look so effortless!!🫡🐐

Moment when Alex Pereira entered the flow state. I have never seen any head movement as smooth and sleek as Alex’s movement here. Watch how he dodged the punches effortlessly without dropping a single sweat👑🔥 Alex is HIM🐐👑

This is what happens, when a street fighter decides to challenge who’s obviously not on his level, most especially a boxer 😭 The knockout was imminent 👑🥊🔥

Most fighters can throw combinations. Very few can do it while constantly moving on a treadmill. This is how you sharpen footwork until it becomes instinct. 💨🥊 This is the kind of training that makes fight night look easy.👑🔥🥊

It’s actually WILD how many people are still doing 4 sets (or more) of a single exercise in a single session This is a SUREFIRE SIGN that individual is NOT training hard enough 2 sets is often the answer 3 sets of sometimes the answer 4 sets or more is almost NEVER the answer

Steady heavy jabs and the punching bag couldn’t even get a single rebound. The bag was in a single position, throughout the whole time😭🤩 This is next level strength and perfection 👑🔥🥊

I’m not sure if there’s any different between getting hit by a truck and getting hit by this guy right here🔥😤 The amount of power in those punches is enough to throw any fighter across the ring🔥👑🥊🐐

I still have no idea how George Parros has a job with NHL Player Safety. Your job is to protect the players and you didn't give a single fine or suspension for this incident with Anthony Mantha.

For any footballer who is genuinely serious about becoming a professional, the truth is simple: there is no big secret. Talent matters, of course, but it’s only part of the equation. What truly makes the difference is willpower, discipline, and relentless dedication...call it what you like, but without it, a long career at the top level simply isn’t possible. Look at Seamus Coleman. At nearly 38 years old, he still speaks about his commitment to training and maintaining high standards every single day. That level of dedication doesn’t fade...it defines longevity.

The core stability and hand speed on display here is elite. Tank isn’t just building power; he’s sharpening the reflexes and functional strength needed to close the distance. Shakur is a master of movement, but this kind of explosive conditioning is how you cut the ring off. 🥊🔥

This is the kind of object that makes you stop and look twice. It’s an ancient Egyptian stone vessel, but look at the shape. Thin walls. Sweeping curves. Large open sections. A narrow central neck. And it all had to be worked from a single piece of stone without cracking it. Whatever tools they were using, the craftsmanship here was on another level. The question I keep coming back to is simple: How exactly were they making objects this complex thousands of years ago? (i filmed this at the Egyptian museum)

What is up with Rory?! The way he answers these very reasonable questions, soft questions, not probing ones, is so poor! He has become such a snark and comes across as a brat. Just give the answer politely he’s making it much bigger than it is. No idea why he’s doing this!

“The public always has something to say about who Tank isn’t fighting…does it ever bother him when nobodies around about who he’s not fighting?” Calvin Ford: “No because he(Tank) is going to fight those guys. Roy(Jones Jr) knows…it’s a blueprint. It’s a roadmap” 💯💯 #Boxing #TankRoach 🔥🔥🥊🥊🥊🥊

I’ve seen a lot of the greatest players ever up close in my time around the NBA. I’ve rarely seen anyone quite like Wemby. The fact that he’s only 118 games into his career and doing this is just mind blowing. He’s making Anthony Davis look like a G Leaguer. Read more on Wemby’s transformation here:
