Restructure that conversation... grades can not define police force personnel or anybody! The culture of bad manners should be the issue that needs to be addressed & new ethos incalcultated systematically. Kenya 🇰🇪 sihami.

Dictatorships relay on uneducated police force to defend them at all costs without reasoning.

People think that all police are D+ material. Some of these guys are graduates and are there because of joblessness. They just found a platform to vent out their frustrations
